Marj. Nichols says her record shows he owned land in 1818. He was on the tax record of Bedford Co. in 1783. Indiana in 1783 and was subject to the Malitia from 1783 to 1790. Records show that he owned land in Dearborn Co. Ind. in 1818, He and his wife Hannah deeded land in Dearborn Co, Ind. to John and Eli Michael, May 31, 1828 for care, doctoring and a good decent comfortable living during their lifetime. Witnesses to this deeding were Philip Michael and Cyyrus Mills. It is known that there were several other children but the facts as yet are not well established.
