He may not belong to this family according to the obituary of Huldah Barton Rooker which says that she was the youngest of six children. Lanty was younger and listed as seventh. I believe that the answer to this is that Ruth Hoover says that there was Kimberly L. Barton born 25 Jan, 1848 and died in infancy. I believe that he just was not included in the count.
