Mary Mullins came to Nova Scotia from Ireland about 1810/11. She came with an aunt and uncle.Met her husband on the boat and landed in Nova Scotia and married about 6 years later. They moved to Albony,NY and then bought a farm in Ohio. Her husband died at the age of 37 with pneumonia on the day his youngest daughter was born and left a destitute wife with eight children., 7 girls and one boy. She sold the farm they had in Ohio and moved to Madison, Wisconsin to be near family. Zalmon Storrs met Rose Cummings, one of her daughters and married her in Madison Wisconsin. In those days, railroads were few so they went by boat up Lake Huron and down Lake Michigan and went inland to Madison, Wisconsin
When her family all married and left, she was very lonesome so came to Belleview and lived with Zalmone and Rosa till she died at the age of 72.
