Note from RYAN GENEALOGY - He was a very jolly man, fond of people and visited quite often. He was rather stout and short. He was about 5 ft. 9 in. and weighed rather heavy at one time about 240 pounds. He was an easy going farmer and just running a steam thrasher machine. Of course, he farmed with horses.
