From ANCESTRY OF JOHN S. GUSTIN by Susan McComb. She was a granddaughter of Roger Wellington one of the first owner in Watertown. Joseph and Ruhamah settled in Watertown on what was called to Weston Farms. Joseph sold land in Weston 30 April, 1700. He then went to Lexington where he and his wife were admitted to church in 1713. He later became a deacon in this church. He was constable in Watertown in1700 and a selectman and town clerk in 1709. She was 92 years old when she died.
