He was a farmer. Emma abd Abe met in Mills Co., Iowa where their families settled after moving from Ohio to Kansas. Emma moved to Clay Co. Kansas. where one other brothers had homesteaded in the early 1880's. After their marriage they lived in Emerson, Iowa, where most of the children were born. Pearl was born in Sac City, Iowa. Then the family moved to Griswold before moving to Darlington. Mo. where the youngest ( grace ) was born , Mr and Mrs Gustin moved to Dalton, Nebr. in 1921 where they lived out their lives Mr Gustin was a farmer but managed a hotel the last 5-6 years of his life. Married Emily Jane Hutchings- They were great grandparents of Wilma Ash. Abraham Gustin was a farmer but managed a hotel the last 5-6 years of his life.

From Tom Hoot - Add to above materials. He died from a long suffering from heart trouble.The funeral was held at the Presbyterian Church with Rev.Samuel Light. He also ran a pool hall. He and wife, Emma Holliday, celebrated their 50 th Anniversity iN january 1924. They had 9 children.
