Names his lame and impotent daughter and his eldest son. Appoints Thomas Southworth, his brother Joseph Warren and Lt. Eph. Morton, Intervisers. A supplement names his mother, mistress Elizabeth Warren and his sisters, Mary Bartlett, Ann Little, Sarah Cooke, Elizabeth Church and Abrigail Snow. Inventory 21 Oct 1667 was Lbs 475 taken by Joseph Warren, Eph Morton, Thomas Southworth _Most of above is from Richard Warren of the Mayflower by R. S. Wakefield .________________________________________________________ From Records of the Colony of New Plymouth in New England - Court Orders.- 5 June 1666- Nathaniel Warren and William Clark are appointed by the court to settle the bounds of the land of Robert Finney where hee now liveth. 5 July 1666- these may certify unto all whom it may concern that wheresas Peter Stevens sometimes bought a horse of Nathaniel Warren of Plymouth- That the said Stevens hath surrendered up the horse unto the said Nathaniel Warren again and that the said Nathaniel Warren again having neare unto the buying of the said horse, receives of the said Stevens a psell ( Barrel ) of tar for the said horse, this also to give notice and to certify all whom it may concern that the said Nathaniel Warren hath been attached all the suite of the creditors and is disposed of according to law soe farr as it will extendto their satisfaction. 6 Feb 1665 Pg 113- Barnabey upon suspicion that the said Barnabey either burned a pcell of pyne knotes appertaining to the said Nathaniel Warren or that the said Barnabey concealed the burning of them.
