Ky he was on the tax list as Wilcox.He was justice of Peace in 1801, High Sheriff in 1811, served in the war of 1812 with the Kentucky Militia and attained the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He moved to Howard Co. Mo. died there. His will recorded in Howard Co.. Mo.in book 1 pg 18-19 and also in Boone Co Mo. The first will in book one
