From WILCOXSON AND ALLIED FAMILIES By Dorothy Ford Wulfeck He had been granted a State Grant of 500 acres. He came from Wales and settled in North Carolina in 1740 and married Elizabeth Hall. The names of the children were Geo.Jr, David, John, Isaac, Elizabeth and Nancy. They all moved to Kentucky in 1784.
