HE WAS A PHARMACIST IN KANSAS CITY. I HAVE BEEN IN HIS STORE. HE WAS MARRIED TO LORRAINE P LAGOURGUE 26 JULY 1893 ( DAUGHTER OF VICTOR AND ELLEN ( BOWER ) . HE GRADUATED FROM THE KANSAS CITY PHARMACY COLLEGE. NO CHILDREN. THE DRUG STORE WAS IN A COLORED DISTRICT AND TERRIBLY RUN DOWN AND DIRTY. IT WAS THOUGHT THAT HE AND KING BRINKLEY, HIS PARTNER, WERE REPORTED TO SELLING DRUGS ECT. TO MAKE A LIVING.

One of the stories about them was that one closed the store at night and left a note for the for the other, who was opening, in the morning. the note said the money is hid in the usual place. The store was robbed that night and the note was found and they trashed the store trying to find the money.
