LDS Computer says he was born 25 May,1819.He was a brother next to Bennaja and was very close. Bennaja named his first son, Samuel Jefferson after his brother.He was born in Marble Furnace, Adams Co. Ohio , he joined the Methodist church in Dunkersville ,where he lived for many years ,in 1883 and was a member till he died. He is buried in the I O O F Cemetery in West Union, Adams Co. Ohio.
