Misc. Notes
Storrs Z. Stevens for some reason refused to tell what the Z initial stood for. It naturally was after his grandfather Zalmon Storrs. He never married and just laid around his parents home and worked now and then for spending money. He was very very pleasant and had a real hearty laugh and laughed a lot. As years went by he spent most of the time in the pool halls and drinking beer. He really degenerated and deteriorate in his old age. John and Ruth Stevens, his brother and sister in law , made a home for him as well as Ed and Maggie Stevens. Aunt Ruth did a great job with her in laws and her four children. The children still love the memory of Uncle Storrs. Bird Haugh Somerville says that he was very easy going and never interested in girls. She and Cleo Curtis would press him into service when they didn't have dates. He drove a one horse buggy.
