John Warren came to Americ IN 1630 When he was 45. The ship records say that then had come with seven children and had lost three children by death. He was made a freeman May 18, 1631 and a selectman in 1636 and 1640 He did lose favor later. He was fines 20 shillings for offence against the baptisms,he missed church for 14 Sabbaths and fined 5 shillings each Later he was warned for not attending public worship.He leaned towards the Quaker Church but never lost membership in the established Church. At the first inventory of land in1639 he owned 278 acres of land.
