Five weeks before his death , Mr. Michael was working in a brick yard when a scaffold on which he was working gave way and he fell to the ground injuring his spine so that death resulted after weeks of suffering. Deceased leaved widowed mother, two sisters and one brother. Th remains were interred at Albany, where the family resides.
