Other sources says that Dr. Lemuel was the son of Rev. Aloheus Gustin. This material is in conflict with other sourses. Reverend Alpheus Gustin was supposed to be his father. Rev. Alpheus Gustin also was living in the Wyoming valley shortly before the massacre. There is some question as to the line as Samuel and Lemuel looked alike in the scroll at that time.
