I have a copy of his death certificate and it says that he died of heart failure due to Bright's disease. He inherited most of his father, Gardner's, estate and left a will which I have a copy leaving all his property to his daughters, Hattie and Florence, and in case one dies it all goes to the survivor and if they are both die it all goes to his double cousins, Charles H. Coon, Mary Coon, William C. Coon and Johns D. Coon. Florence died and the four double cousins sued for half of the estate.
