Misc. Notes
We met him in his home in 1990 when we were at Standing Stone. He said that his Grandfather Nelson was J.P. for 30 years, his dad, Chas. Stevens, for 10 years and he for 10 years.Of Course his great grandfather was J.P. and Judge for some time also. ----------------------------------------------------------------- I went by his home in the fall of 1996 and a boy at the house said that Nelson had died a few months previously. We saw the house in Oct. 2001 and it was cleaned up so someone new must have bought it. It had been a mess.
