Never married. He worked for ATT and traveled all over the U.S. He never drove a car and was a patron ofthe arts and visited shows and operas over the country. He visited Oliver Cady in Almagordo often and his visits were always enjoyed. He died in St Louis Mo. and willed his body to the Washington University in St Louis. He had lived in the old stately hotel- OLD UNION APT. HOTEL in St. Louis. He died of cancer 12 Aug 1971.
