He died at the age of 33 and made his wife, Mary, executrix and guardian for his children William, John and Sarah. His will is listed on pages 36-37-38 of The Storrs Family by Charles Storrs. The will was proved at York 17 Oct 1643 by Mary Storrs widow the Relict of the deceased the sole executrix.
