His will was made in Nov. 1698. He mentioned his wife Anne as executrix and three sons, Henry Cordall and John and daughters Elizabeth, Dorothy ( Marriott ) Mary ( Perkins ) and Anne and inscription stone is in the floor of the Sutton church. It seems that he was married to Elizabeth Crumwell also. Will is listed on pages 33-34-34-36 in The Storrs Family by Charles Storrs. Will was proved at york 10 April 1699 by Ann Storrs, widow the Relict of the deceased the sole executrix in the said will named.
