MARRIED 4 TIMES. Have another birth date 1806 instead of 1805.Have place of birth Adams Co. which I would believe was correct. LDS Church records.Salina Dixon Harper was his fourth wife. I have no idea which wife Eliza Broom was. His descendant Marilla Endura Barlow says that he was born 28 Jan. 1805 in Highland Co, Ohio.Her information was in The Report- Ohio Genealogy Society Book 20, Pub. 1980.the Gustin Compendium says that he was born in 1799` in Ky. If this birth date is correct he probably was born In Ky. but the other dates would put his parents in Ohio. Marriage to Elizabeth Ashenhurst in marriage book 3,Adams Co, Ohio Had 5 children by first wife,3 by second wife,8 by third wife and 1 by fourth wife.

He moved from Adams Co. Ohio to Fountain Co. IA. and settled on 280 acres of land for which he traded his farm in Indiana, After living in Marion Co.IA a few years he moved to Clark Co. IA where he and three others founded the town of Osceola. Ia. His will is in my Gustin files. The will was filed Feb. 1872 He was a farmer. Clarke Co, Osceola Twp p 86 1870 census
